These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tomi Legacy online store and purchases made through it.

By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

• Misuse our services;
• Infringe the rights of Tomi Legacy or third parties.

3. Product Information

We take reasonable care to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, materials, specifications and images.

Minor differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography and normal manufacturing variations.

4. Prices, Taxes and Delivery Charges

Prices and currencies are displayed on the product page or during checkout.

The final checkout page will display the total amount payable to Tomi Legacy, including taxes and delivery charges collected by us.

Import VAT, customs duties or other charges not collected by us may be payable by the recipient where disclosed before purchase.

5. Placing an Order and Contract Formation

Products displayed on the store are an invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance.

A contract is normally formed when we confirm acceptance, dispatch the order or otherwise clearly confirm that the order has been accepted.

6. Reviewing Your Order

Before submitting an order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct the information entered during checkout.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may be provided by third-party payment processors.

An order may be delayed, declined or cancelled if payment is declined, reversed, unauthorised, suspected to be fraudulent or if required verification is not completed.

8. Availability, Errors and Cancellation by Us

All orders are subject to availability.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• An obvious pricing or description error;
• Payment failure;

• Suspected fraud;
• Inability to deliver.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

10. Withdrawal, Returns and Legal Remedies

Cancellation, withdrawal, returns, refunds and remedies for defective goods are governed by our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law.

The store and its original content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, design and software, are owned by or licensed to Tomi Legacy.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

The store may rely on or link to third-party services. Separate terms and privacy notices may apply.

16. Store Availability

We may maintain, update or modify the store, and temporary interruptions may occur.

This does not affect obligations concerning accepted orders or mandatory consumer rights.

17. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer remedies.

Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or business losses suffered by a consumer using the product commercially.

18. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections granted by the laws of your country of habitual residence.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the store.

The version in force when your order was accepted will normally govern that order.

21. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
